Logistics Supervisor | Electronics

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and supervise staff
• Engage in yearly negotiations for ocean and air freight contracts
• Maintain efficient daily communication with internal teams and external partners
• Compile and report monthly volume tonnage, KPIs, and performance evaluations
• Conduct market analysis for the shipping industry
• Develop operational solutions and implement cost-saving measures
• Lead a team, providing not only supervisory support but also knowledge transfer to team members

Requirements:

• Lead, manage and supervise staff
• Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar industry.
• Profound expertise in ocean and air freight industry.
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
• Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
