- OpenGov Gamification Tables, wish lists and logistics for conferences, breakfast dialogues and training programmes
- Liaise with sponsors in the run-up to the conference, making them feel confident that they are in safe hands. Provide outstanding customer service throughout to ensure our clients return year on year.
- You are computer literate and experienced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must keep excellent control and well-organised records of the sponsor's details – admin and project management work are crucial for this role.
- Managing events budget and ensuring all budgets properly filed and recorded
- Work with marketing, Sales and Sponsorship team to ensure every part of every sponsorship contract has been fulfilled, even where it affects or crosses other department.
- Liaise with external providers including venues, contractors, suppliers, etc., obtaining quotes, negotiating costs, selecting the provider and managing the ongoing relationship.
- Pre-show and on-site exhibitor/sponsor liaison and support
- On-site management of all logistics and ensuring everything run smoothly
- Manage reporting for clients for the digital platform
- Ensuring sponsor's logo and profiles are upload on the website
- Manage ad-hoc projects
