  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Salary Range: up to $2400
  • Working days: 5 days work week
  • Working hours: 8am - 5.30pm
  • Location: Penjuru - 2 ways company transport at Choa Chu Kang and Lakeside MRT
Job Scope:
  • Ensure Goods Receivable and Goods Inventory are entered into SAP on time, in line with project KPIs.
  • Follow SOPs for GR/GI and ensure all transactions are completed correctly.
  • Keep all operational documents filed and easy to access for future use or audits.
  • Help the Executive resolve daily operational problems with staff or customers.
  • Gather and submit billing data to Finance each month before the closing date.
  • Prepare reports for the Executive, such as KPIs and space utilization.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required by the company.
Requirements:
*Min 1- 2 years' experience in supply chain and/or related industry preferred
*PC Literate - in Excel & Word, knowledge of SAP/ WMS preferred.Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
