Our client, a leading immigration services company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role will be crucial in shaping the company’s marketing direction and achieving growth in an increasingly competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and target audience.
  • Lead and manage the creation of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and traditional channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand positioning and growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
  • Oversee the management of the company’s online presence, including website updates, SEO strategies, and social media accounts.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activities, events, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain budgets for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the immigration or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking return on investment (ROI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
