Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the chef.
  • Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
  • Help train new kitchen staff as needed.
  • Participate in daily prep and cleaning tasks, including dishwashing and maintaining equipment.

Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field and in similar capacity
  • Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
  • Passion for food & result oriented
