We are actively seeking two (02) experienced and dynamic individuals to join our sales team in the capacity of Senior Event Sales Executive (Event and Exhibition). Ideal candidates will come from related industries and possess a strong background in sales. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing both new and existing accounts, as well as generating leads through various channels such as marketing emails, telemarketing, networking, online presence, and social media platforms.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Flexible work schedule, with weekend work required only as needed.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and established clientele.
  • Offer guidance and training to junior members of the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish targeted sales objectives.
  • Conduct site visits, sales presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Prepare quotations and Delivery Orders.
  • Research and expand the list of suppliers/vendors for project-related needs.
  • Coordinate with in-house designers, printers, and production departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in related fields (such as Large Format Printing, Events, and Exhibition carpentry).
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales in similar industries.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking, organization, and creativity.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing techniques.
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • Effective project management skills, including collaboration with designers, production teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure project completion.

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
  • Commission: Based on 3% of nett sales onwards
  • Overriding commission scheme on team’s effort.
  • 5 days work week and weekend’s attendance only when required.
  • Annual leave begins at 12 days on first year
  • Transportation claim on work related $250 (Without own transport) or
  • Transportation claim on work related $500 (With own transport)
