Job Description:
- Formulate the company's human resource strategy and planning to ensure that it matches with the company's business development.
- Responsible for recruiting and selecting talents, pinpointing and attracting the best talents to join the company.
- Organize staff training and development to improve the overall ability and quality of the team.
- Carry out performance management, set reasonable goals and evaluate employee performance.
