Key Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse range of tasks, including 50% backend operations focusing on VIP customer management and 50% frontline duties.
Identify and address customers' inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately, offering appropriate solutions and guidance.
Effectively manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, contractors, and workshops.
Generate quotations and raise Work Orders as required, facilitating smooth workflow processes.
Coordinate the allocation of job orders to workshops and contractors, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Maintain communication with controllers and contractors to oversee service and repair quality, as well as pricing.
Monitor and follow up on vehicle service and repair progress, providing updates and feedback to customers.
Manage service/repair schedules and vehicle collection arrangements in coordination with customers.
Conduct basic investigations into customer complaints, proposing recommendations within established guidelines.
