Efficiently manage order receipts, ensuring timely order processing while maintaining strong customer interactions and relationships.
Contribute to the order-to-cash process by ensuring excellence in order processing.
Enter and process customer orders into the system, received via email, phone, or other customer communication channels.
The Talent:
Diploma in business studies/management.
1-3 years' work experience in customer services / order management.
Good intercommunication skills and able to work independently
