The Enterprise Academy builds organisational capabilities for EnterpriseSG to stay ahead of the curve. We attract and develop a bench of agile, innovative, and collaborative future leaders for EnterpriseSG, deepen core and leadership skills and competencies through curated development opportunities and sharing of knowledge.
[What you will be working on]
As part of the Future Capability Development department within the Academy, you will play a critical role in building EnterpriseSG’s organisational capabilities and fostering a strong learning culture which enables all EnterpriseSG officers to develop and achieve strategic outcomes.
You will design and deliver best-in-class learning programmes in an engaging and effective manner to meet current needs and be future-ready.

You will get to:
- Analyse emerging talent needs and future skills required using an evidence-based approach.
- Develop learning strategies to equip our people with essential skills and knowledge to do their current and future jobs well.
- Work with business units and external knowledge partners to ensure quality curriculum design, relevance of developmental interventions, engaging learner experiences and impactful outcomes.
- Develop and enhance digital learning resources through the use of innovative and new instructional design.
- Play an advisory role in blended learning methodology.
- Build a strong learning culture that supports self-driven learning and organisational transformation.
- Facilitate learning programmes and staff engagement initiatives.

[What we are looking for]
We are looking for a highly resourceful and digitally savvy self-starter who is passionate about developing others. You should have at least 3 to 5 years of related experience in curriculum design, digital learning development and facilitation of learning.
You need to be curious about the psychology and behaviour of people and have the drive to ignite continued change. You should be engaging, write well and adept at delivering strong presentations and facilitating discussions. Knowledge of and experience in design thinking, digital learning methodology and technology will be a critical advantage.
If you are shortlisted for the position, you may be required to take part in a case study. Successful candidates will be invited for further interview and participate in a learning facilitation trial.
