The Executive Secretary supports high-level executives by managing a wide range of administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. This role involves organizing and prioritizing complex scheduling, coordinating communications, handling confidential information, and managing projects to allow executives to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adept at anticipating the needs of executives, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Anticipate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the executive is well-prepared.
Document and File Management:
- Organize, maintain, and manage digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data management policies.
Project Support:
- Assist in coordinating executive-driven projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information, prepare reports, and follow up on action items.
Office Management:
- Oversee office operations, including the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in planning and executing team events and office functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
