- Support payroll related functions
- Verify and administer timekeeping data
- Assist and resolve payroll related queries and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Administer employee’s claims
- Plan and organise employee engagements and events in alignment with the Company's culture and values
- Any other assignments given by Superior
Job Requirement
- Working Location : Bukit Merah
- Working Hours : 5 days work week
- Diploma in related field with min. 2 years of working experience
- Knowledgeable in payroll and labour regulation such as Employment Act
- Proficient in AMS and Excel will be an added advantage
- Conscientious with a strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness in every detail
- Capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
