  9. Errand Management: Oversee personal errands and household matters for the Chairman and General Manager, ensuring all personal activities are arranged and managed efficiently.

  10. Corporate Gifts: Manage the purchasing, packaging, and distribution of corporate gifts. Ensure gifts are branded appropriately and delivered on time.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 years of Secretary experiences and Office Administration work.

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Professional and positive attitude.

  • Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel).

  • Able to work independently with initiative.

  • Good written and verbal communication.

  • Able to multi-task and communicate well with people of all level.

  • Able to handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality.
