• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations
• We are looking for a Retail Operations Executive
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
• Experience in retail (customer electronics) will be a plus
• Ability to learns and apply professional concepts.
• Good understanding of setting up, operating and maintaining premium brand retail stores
• Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
Job Description
• Assist to co prepare reports and analysis for Quarterly Business Review and Operation meetings.
• To manage partner relationships to meet overall business objectives, consumer excitement and engagement programs
• Identify and onboard suitable vendors (eg. banks, malls etc) to create in-store traffic and demand generation of our products at our stores
• Analysis of store sellout performance and programs. To develop action plans to ensure improved sellout based on analysis
• Work cross functionally across teams and all levels to initiate, plan and execute programs to improve sales and service
• Overall business development and marketing and ensuring all programs are effectively cascaded and executed at the store level through internal stakeholders and partner teams
