QC Technician (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Kallang)

Job Title: QC Technician (ID3445)
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am- 6:00pm.
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job Descriptions :
• Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, components and finished products to ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.
• Records and analyzes test data and inspection results.
• Prepare detailed reports to document findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
• Detect and identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in products or processes
• Recommend corrective actions and participate in root cause analysis.
• Work closely with production staff to address and resolve quality issues.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures to production personnel.
• Communicate any quality control issues to superior.
• Recommend and implement solutions to improve product quality.

Job Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor industry with quality check experience.
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with quality control tools, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and analysis.
