In this role, you will be part of the Development Secretariat team to support the Hospital Planning Committee (HPC) in the planning, coordination, development and management of Eastern General Hospital and Eastern Community Hospital (EGH Campus). You will support the Deputy Director (Hospital and Services Planning) to ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the development are in accordance with the established program, which includes end-user briefs, operations requirements, systems design with technology partners, guidelines and project timelines. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, coordination meetings with various project stakeholders and reporting to HPC.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architectural, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience and demonstrated competency (with at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience)
- Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies, would be a strong advantage
- Familiar with hospital operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders
- Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop and presentation software.
