Job Description
- Collate and compile paperwork for recruitment, appointment, and promotion of all full-time and part-time categories with Hiring Manager, Human Resource Partner, and Job Applicant.
- Plan on the logistics and campus visits programme for potential faculty hires.
- File-in and track teaching hours for part-time teaching staff.
- Work closely with HR for on- and off-boarding of all full-time and part-time categories under HR appointment scheme.
- Make logistics arrangement for visiting staff, process claims of visiting staff and potential faculty hires for campus visit, and file-in withholding tax.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Good communication (oral and written) skills
- People-oriented, problem solver and can-do attitude
- Organized, able to multitask and work under pressure
- Team player who is independent and able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
