Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print and broadcast
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels to maximize ROI
- Develop, implement and manage content marketing strategies that support business objectives, drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions
- Create a wide range of marketing content including blog posts, articles, campaign landing pages, website updates, infographics, flyers and mailers
- Manage relationship with external vendors, agencies and media outlets, including negotiating ad placements, rates and contracts
- Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality content for campaigns, including blogs, infographics, videos and other digital and offline creative assets
- Track and report on KPIs and campaign performance regularly, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion rates
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices, ensuring strategies align with the latest industry developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Min 2 – 3 years experience in similar role, preferably in retail industry
- Proficiency in advertising and analytics tools (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for details
- Dynamic and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
