Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print and broadcast
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital channels to maximize ROI
  • Develop, implement and manage content marketing strategies that support business objectives, drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions
  • Create a wide range of marketing content including blog posts, articles, campaign landing pages, website updates, infographics, flyers and mailers
  • Manage relationship with external vendors, agencies and media outlets, including negotiating ad placements, rates and contracts
  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality content for campaigns, including blogs, infographics, videos and other digital and offline creative assets
  • Track and report on KPIs and campaign performance regularly, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion rates
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices, ensuring strategies align with the latest industry developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Min 2 – 3 years experience in similar role, preferably in retail industry
  • Proficiency in advertising and analytics tools (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for details
  • Dynamic and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
