Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities
· Support Vertical probe card maintenance and servicing at customer site.
· Bridge between customer and Factory in resolving probe card issues.
· Support data gathering, taking of measurements and other cost savings and improvement projects by the Field Application Engineer.
· Compile Investigation Report/ Service Report.
· Support Customer Engineering evaluations, DOE runs related to Technoprobe Probe cards.
· Perform pin replacement on site.
· Able to perform basic PCB repair and troubleshooting, component desoldering/soldering.
· Work closely business partners and customer’s engineering team to ensure that the customers can successfully go to production and implement needed solution in timely manner.
· Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems solving skills.
· Able to read PCB schematics.
· Technical competencies and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other industry software.
Requirements
· Diploma / Above in Electrical and Electronics / Electrical or equivalent
· Possess strong process analysis and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills working with Taiwan and China business partner and customers.
· At least 3 years’ related work experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing.
· Willing to station / base in Malaysia, Penang.
