BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Job Description

· Drive business optimisation through insightful analysis (identification, sizing, execution & tracking) and create/modify/manage presentations for business transformation programs.

· Identify potential strategic and business transformational opportunities and analysing them to determine financial and strategic impact; prioritise and develop detailed implementation plans.

· Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to identify significant opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.

· Develop and assess innovation opportunities, identify new sources of growth, and model new value propositions.

· Creates solutions by deploying digital tools and simplifying operating models and processes that transform our business and functions.

· Drive the development of the best solutions and act as a key day-to-day point of communication to line managers and motivate them to take action.

· In-charge of or support special initiatives that may arise.

· Partner with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to achieve organisation objectives.

· Optimise and design business and operating models, streamline organisation structures, analyse, simplify, re-design, and rationalise process models, and design governance and policy programs.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any university in business, finance, economics or accounting.

· At least 10 years of relevant experience in a major management consulting firm.

· Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in similar past positions.

· Solid organisational skills including a methodical approach to planning & process, attention to detail and accuracy.

· Able to produce structured and effective presentations.

· Lateral thinker, able to drive quality outcomes in ambiguous settings.

· Able to handle multiple priorities and deliver with quality under tight timeframes.

· Highly self-motivated, people-oriented & pro-active, and a collaborator with flexibility to take on special initiatives that may arise.
