Job Responsibilities

Drive Profitable Business Growth

  • Develop and implement sustainable business and route-to-market strategies for export markets through collaborative partnerships with distributors.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to gain market insights and translate them into actionable business plans (e.g., Consumer, Channel, Customer Plans) to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with distributors to generate brand awareness and trial initiatives for JDE brands.
  • Identify, research, and execute potential business opportunities in both existing and new markets.

Distributor and Stakeholder Management

  • Select and manage distributors, including contract negotiations and relationship management.
  • Negotiate and formalize agreements with distributors, taking into account trade allowances and contractual conditions
  • Engage in channel and account planning activities, defining sales and go-to-market plans with distributors.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan and organize resources, such as shipping schedules and marketing activations.

Pricing and Sales Management

  • Optimize the positioning of global and local brands in export countries, aligning with growth and cost targets.
  • Develop pricing strategies, including general pricing, promotional pricing, and trade margins, to meet targets within agreed pricing ranges.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 – 8 years in international commercial business
  • Proven track record on defining and implementing the sales strategy in the best way in different countries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple distributors efficiently, driving sustainable and profitable business growth.
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
  • Strong financial understanding, with experience in managing a P&L.
