About The Team

About The Role
You will report to the Head of Expansion & Transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end launch of new product offerings across various countries to support Aspire’s growth aspirations.
- Design the operations launch playbook for new product offerings.
- Work with Strategy, Product, Compliance, and Operations leadership at Aspire to design new product launch requirements.
- Design and develop launch plan, and program manage the launch activities.
- Manage the set-up of policies and processes to ensure our operations are compliant and well documented. Identify risks, issues and mitigation plans to ensure on-time and frictionless launch.
- You are analytical - You can create & clearly communicate strategies and support it with data
- You are a true owner - You are detail oriented, and know your projects in depth while also being able to understand strategic priorities and connecting the dots with business goals
- You are resourceful - You may have never faced a problem before, but you will find a solution
- You are hungry to drive change - You have a positive attitude, you are self-motivated, hands-on, and ready to learn; Startup life is not always the easiest, but at least you make it fun
- You have strong communication skills - You can communicate very well on the phone and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders. Your communication is clear, concise and professional.
- Previous experience in launching new product offerings (e.g. investment, savings, cards etc) - from day 0 planning through to day 1 operational go-live.
- Knowledge of local and general knowledge of fintech regulatory requirements.
