- You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent for our clients through various channels (eg. Job portals, social media, professional networks).
- Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews to shortlist candidates.
- You will manage the full recruiting cycle from identifying potential candidates to facilitating successful placements.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills, experiences and cultural fit.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends and potential clients.
- Generate leads and prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
- Min. Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role within the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
- Self-motivated individual, able to work independently in a dynamic work environment
- Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
