Senior Manager Operations Planning & Controlling

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for production optimization and commitment towards accurate customer order fulfilment, as well as Quarter-end Revenue target fulfilment.
• Close collaboration with Business Division on business strategy, bridging demand requirement across BE Operations (OSAT, Assy & Test sites).
• Ensure control and measures in place to meet and overachieve KPI targets.
• Drive robust Materials Management process, fulfilling required Min/Max stock level, maintaining minimum liability costs and zero stock avoidance.
• Coordinate and drive Weekly Performance and KPI Review with Site Management Team.
• Support team towards Digitalization and streamlining planning processes.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Engineering / Business Management with min 8 years of working experience in Backend Semiconductor Assembly / Test manufacturing environment / in a manufacturing planning position, thereof 3+ years relevant management experience.
• Drives team towards high level of competence and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast changing and dynamic environment.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver clear messages.
• Good interpersonal, leadership and stakeholder management skills are a must.
• Proficiency in Computer literacy MS-office (Especially excel, power point), OneSAP and Operation related tools would be an advantage.
