Job Summary:
The Dishwasher is responsible to maintain the kitchen cleanliness, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps food if needed. Ensure dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dishwasher appliances and sinks. Maintain clean/ dry floors throughout the shift.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Wash pots/ pans/ dishes/ utensils/ tray inserts and other cooking and baking equipment through manual and machine cleaning methods.
Sort cooking, baking equipment and utensils for washing.
All washed cooking, baking equipment and utensils must be dried after washing.
Ensure all washed equipment and utensils are properly stacked.
Ensure water of dishwasher appliances are changed as required by business levels. Usage of chemical dilutions to clean the dishwasher appliances.
Empty trash containers routinely.
Maintain cleanliness of the premises and housekeeping (sweeping and mopping the floor).
Washing of toilets and maintain the cleanliness.
Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
To adhere to kitchen SOPs.
Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.
Maintain good personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace.
Assist in food prep if needed/ requested by chef.
Execute any other duties as assigned.

Verbal Communication/ Dishwashing
Education
At least PSLE, technical certificate or any related fields
Experience
No experience/ At least 1 year of experience working in kitchen as dishwasher or/& food preparation
Job Requirements:
Working hours: 10 hours per day (including a 1 hour break), on a 5.5 day workweek.
