  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

The Senior QA Lead will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organisation’s product and development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department
  • Develops, implements and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality prior to delivery.
  • Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA and Production team.
  • Identify and analyses issues, defects and other problems, particularly when problem recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitates solution to these issues
  • Review client, customer and user feedback
  • Conduct internal reviews and audits based on QMS ISO 9001
  • Prepare First-Article reports
  • Participate in ISO 9001 internal annual audit
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in related field with supervisory experience a plus

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or diploma

Working Location: Tuas Link 1

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
