POSITION PROFILE:

The successful candidate will:

The Head of Sales assumes overall responsibility for the organisation's sales growth. By leading client segmentation and competitor analysis, he/she drives the development of sales strategies. Be the in charge of expanding sales channels and networks, and drives client relationships by leading contract and customer service management.

Innovative and forward-thinking, keep abreast of the market and industry trends to identify new opportunities for sales both locally and assigned territories. To serve as a mentor to direct reports and provide strategic guidance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Create sales opportunities by developing multi-level business partnership and strive to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities to acquire sales accounts and converting them into actual sales.
  • Supports lead generation and conducts business and contract negotiations to increase client acquisition and boost retention.
  • Manage key/core customers relationship by building good rapport with new and existing clients by pro-actively anticipating clients' needs and identifying business solutions to meet those needs.
  • Drive collaboration of human resource, technology, finance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ability / Competency Required:

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in similar industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Budgeting skill to manage expenses, return of investment measurements
  • Positive attitude in challenging work environment with advance problem solving skill
  • Aspire to achieve high level of individual performance exhibiting advance leadership skill
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and organizational analysis skills
