- To study contract documents - technical specification require, ensure fully understand on the scope of work in Form of Tender. Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
- Participate in site show-rounds, carry out site measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities
- Sourcing quotation, analyzing and evaluating for tender costing.
- Coordicate with manager and director for tender price input
- Preparation of progress payment claims variation order claims including all final accounts to client.
- Preparation for LOA to Subcontractor / Supplier for all the new awarded job
- To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates
- Coordinate with Suppliers for their material specs and technical drawings for PM's submission.
- Prepare Deed of warranties for all related works in the contract.
- Any other job scope assigned.
Requirements:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Careful and sensitive in numbering
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
