The Customer Service Representative is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries, processing orders, and managing complaints.

  • Perform F&B factory general administrative duties.
  • Execute and manage all order processing transactions including but not limited to order entry, managing order changes, follow up on payment, handling order enquiries and complaints.
  • Actively monitor orders and inform customers when delivery schedule changes.
  • Maintain proper documents and filing.
  • Data entry and documentation duties.
  • Answering phone call.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Ability to communicate with customer.

Requirements:

  • Based on business needs and working schedule. (Weekend or holiday shifts is required)
  • Able to commence work on short notice.
  • Good team player.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, independent and possess good communication skills.
  • Computer literate, Excel, and Word proficient.
  • Able to commit to overtime when required.
  • Possess at least 1 years of experience within the administrative function.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
