Responsibilities
- Overall administrative support for the company for warehousing, store and workshop.
- Organize road tax, insurance, parking, VPC, claims etc... relating to company’s vehicles, trailers, machinery, building.
- Warehouse duties such as keeping records up-to-date, billing, handling customers’ queries and complaints, annual audit etc.
- Billing of invoices to customers if necessary.
- To assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations
- Communicate and co-ordinate with drivers at all times.
- Maintain tyre inventory.
- Maintain store inventory.
- Uphold and enforce safety standards in warehouse and workshop environment.
- All other duties as instructed by your immediate supervisor.
- Supporting the workshop manager in the course of their dutie
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Stock Clerk or similar role
- An understanding of stock management terminology, such as receiving, inventory and shelving
- Basic knowledge of using an ERP system may be beneficial
- Excellent customer service abilities
- A friendly and hard-working disposition
