- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions – recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, welfare administration, performance management, employee relations & etc.
- Monthly payroll, commission, and incentive calculation.
- Assist to review, develop, implement, and monitor all HR policies and procedures, plans, processes, and programs to ensure relevance and compliance to company’s objectives.
- Manage full scope of recruitment services – drafting of job description, advertisement, liaising with recruitment agents, conducting, and arranging interview, hiring of candidates and new hire’s on-boarding, and exit.
- Prepare report, letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, termination, transfer & etc.
- Process work pass application, renewal and /or cancellations and liaise with MOM for work pass related issues.
- Liaise with clinic for all medical examinations pertaining to employment.
- Administration of all leave types, benefits, and time attendance.
- Responsible for the updating and maintenance of the database in the HR system.
- Manage annual performance appraisal, salary review and variable bonus exercise at group level.
- Manage HR issues & employee relations, attend to employees’ grievances and complaints, providing counselling and guidance if necessary.
- Develop and document business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Roll out HR initiatives & solution in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Review and renew of company group employee benefits insurance, group business travel insurance and company general insurance.
- Handle employees’ insurance claims.
- Liaison with Landlord/ Property Agent and/ or Tenant to renew of company tenancy agreement.
- Manage and monitor re-employment contracts and pre-employment medical examinations.
- Any other HR administration.
Handle HR Projects
- Advise management on employee relations matters such as performance evaluations and discipline.
- Prepare and compile reports and documents.
- Attend and take minutes of meeting as and when required.
- Maintain a well-organized central filing system to ensure proper filing and to enable efficient tracking and retrieval of information and documents.
- Provide back-up support in the absence of fellow colleagues.
- Assist in special projects and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- General admin duties – supervise sorting & distribution of incoming mail & arrangement of courier, replenishing of office stationery supplies, upkeeping of office maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- 5 day work week.
