Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, reference checks and employment offers.
  • Establish partnerships with internal/external sourcing channels for timely/cost-effective hiring.
  • Review/adjust recruitment strategies regularly.
  • Manage graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Prepare HR documentation for employee files.
  • Prepare HR metrics reports (hires by department).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and legal requirements.
  • Administer employee benefits (enrolments, changes, terminations).
  • Coordinate employee events/training sessions/team building/recognition programs.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in HR and administrative support roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software is preferred
