- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.

Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, reference checks and employment offers.
- Establish partnerships with internal/external sourcing channels for timely/cost-effective hiring.
- Review/adjust recruitment strategies regularly.
- Manage graduate hire programs, internships, job fairs.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Prepare HR documentation for employee files.
- Prepare HR metrics reports (hires by department).
- Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and legal requirements.
- Administer employee benefits (enrolments, changes, terminations).
- Coordinate employee events/training sessions/team building/recognition programs.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in HR and administrative support roles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software is preferred
