Senior Consultant, Delivery - Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators

· Manage day-to-day network operations, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

· Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve network performance and reliability.

· Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, proxy servers, Switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP servers.

· Configure firewalls, routing, and switching to optimize network efficiency and security.

· Support the deployment and management of Cisco SD-WAN solutions to optimize network traffic and enhance connectivity.

· Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and arranging scheduled upgrades.

· Create and validate Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) policies.

· Develop and manage switching and routing Access Control Lists (ACLs).

· Configure Palo Alto firewall rules to enforce network security policies.

· Configure Cisco wireless solutions to ensure reliable connectivity and coverage.

· Manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and ZPA VPN solutions for secure remote access.

· Implement AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting), Dot1x, and TACACS+ for secure network access control.
