  • Responsible in daily administrative duties such as following customer's orders, issuing DO & invoices and etc

  • Handle sales enquiries via inbound calls and email correspondences

  • Liaise and coordinate with sales & production teams on order processing and delivery arrangement.

  • Responsible for sourcing, comparison, selection and negotiation with existing/potential new suppliers

  • Perform general administrative support to the relevant department.

  • Any other ad-hoc work (such as office housekeeping, assist call-in enquiry and etc) as assigned

  • 5.5 days work week
