  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  1. You will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.

  2. Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level

  3. Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall

  4. Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall

  5. Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management

  2. Graduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome to apply

  3. Exhibit strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  4. Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems

  5. Good communication skills
