Responsibilities:
Digitalization & Transformation:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business efficiency through digital solutions.
- Collaborate across departments to identify areas for digital innovation.
- Manage digital transformation projects from initiation to post-implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend new solutions.
Software Support:
- Provide end-to-end software support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage software licenses and ensure compliance.
- Conduct training and create documentation for users.
- Liaise with vendors for issue resolution.
Hardware Support:
- Oversee the maintenance and support of all hardware (computers, servers, peripherals).
- Perform system updates, backups, and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Manage hardware inventory and ensure timely upgrades/replacements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior experience in digital transformation is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset are welcome.
- Solid knowledge of software/hardware support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with various OS (Windows, macOS, Linux) and cloud services is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or within a team.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
