  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and quality.
  • Keep a daily Site Diary and attend site meetings.
  • Verify installation details and manage approvals for drawings and samples.
  • Track and report outstanding/non-compliant work to the project manager.
  • Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate inspections/testing.
  • Track defects and manage inspections with stakeholders.
  • Handle special projects as assigned by the reporting officer.

Key Requirements:

  • ONLY SINGAPOREAN
  • Degree in in Architectural / Architectural Technology, Engineering or any related field.
  • Min 5 years of relevant site experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy in the built environment sector.
  • Familiar with inspection process in a healthcare environment or in any relevant built environment sector will be a plus!
  • Proficient in AutoCAD drafting. Knowledge in 3D Sketchup software is advantageous.
