Jia Ying Community Services Society (JYCSS) was established in June 2001 as a non-profit society to serve the community through holistic good works & acts of kindness. In 2003 Jia Ying was registered as a charity and became a full member of the National Council of Social Services, with IPC status. Jia Ying operates two Active Aging Centres serving seniors and their families at blocks 19 and 25, Hougang Avenue 3.

About the Role
We are looking for an administrative executive to support Jia Ying’s finance and administrative operations. This role will report to the Finance/Admin Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Simple bookkeeping / accounting entry into the accounting system.
- Keep track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including purchase orders and direct invoices.
· Perform general administrative functions including sourcing and purchasing.
Provide administrative support to fund raising activities, reaching out to potential donors and assist in curating social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least “O” Levels (accounting). ITE diploma (accounting) can be considered. At least 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, audit and related administrative tasks.
- · Experience working in the social service sector and fund raising is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
- · Proficient in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office
