What you will be working on
You will be part of the dynamic team in:
• Delivering quality customer service at SP’s Customer Relations Unit, including managing public queries mainly via phone and written channels.
• Working with stakeholders for resolutions or implement service quality initiatives to improve service experience and customer satisfaction
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline. Candidates with no prior experience, but have a passion for service delivery may also apply
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented and adept at problem solving
• Have a pleasant disposition and is passionate about helping others
• Ability to work independently and capable of being an effective team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IT savvy
Working Hours:
Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm
Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary:
$2,000 - $2,200 per month
