Are you detail-oriented with a strong technical background in building projects? We’re looking for a skilled Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to join our team and oversee on-site activities for a major repainting project. As an RTO, you will play a key role in ensuring our project meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

1. Supervise daily repainting activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
2. Conduct quality inspections on surface preparation, paint application, and finishes.
3. Enforce safety regulations and create a safe work environment for all site personnel.
4. Maintain thorough records, submit daily activity reports, and collaborate with contractors and project managers.
5. Identify and resolve on-site technical or logistical issues promptly.
6. Requirements:
7. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
8. At least 3 years of site supervision experience, ideally in repainting or building maintenance projects.
9. Certified RTO with recognized local authority credentials (optional).
10. Strong skills in quality control, safety management, and regulatory compliance.
11. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
