Job Duties:
• Complete responsibility for all aspects of WET department / sub function or has professional leadership within the company on a broad unique subject.
• Develops new methods of problem solving for department
• Integrates work of own department with other departments. Has to consider impact of solutions to other departments and find overall solutions; can be in global environment
• Generally solves issues in principle, leaves specifics to staff
• Has full staffing responsibility
• Highest authority of subject matter content
• Balances short term and long term goals
• Balances financial, resource and people issues
• Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area
• Accountable for budget and end results for area managed including cost management.
• Provides advice and counsel related to the operation of the business to leadership teams based on deep subject matter expertise.
• Work is guided by functional strategy and area goals and operational objective.
• Sets area objectives and work plans in alignment with functional strategy.
• Ensures that procedures, processes and standards are continuously reviewed, tested and aligned with the business.
Qualification
• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in Electronics, Electrical industry.
• Fab 12" knowledge is preferred
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
• Analytical with good interpersonal skills
• Team leader with execellent communication/coordination skill.
