WORK SCHEDULE
44 hours per week, flexible schedule includes weekdays and some Saturdays, based on business needs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and motivate team members
Oversee stock levels, inventory, and product displays
Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Address customer inquiries with a focus on service excellence
QUALIFICATIONS
Supervisory / Managerial experience in large retail or supermarket settings preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills, customer-service focus
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Applicants without supervisory experience but with a Diploma in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or Retail are encouraged to apply!

Willing to work across various supermarket locations ( Island-wide )
