The Role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? We're on the lookout for an Admin Assistant to assist with drafting of contracts and maintaining of data!

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the collection or required associate’s data, generation of employment contracts and checks if required.
Ensure all data is keyed into system promptly
Liaise with business users and processing team for monthly payroll and incentives / commissions
Verifies all payroll instructions, including but not limited to, employment contracts, front office information, timesheets, receipts, and more.
Consolidate payroll instructions into a standard template
Prepare and reconcile monthly report
Ensure accurate and timely report submission
Ensure compliance with internal & external regulatory
Maintain proper electronic or hardcopy filing of documentation
Other assigned ad-hoc administrative duties


Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Excel
Eye for details and able to handle large volume of contracts and timesheets
High integrity and ethics
Positive learning attitude
