Job Responsibilities
Assist the administrative manager to maintain the office environment, including office area cleaning, equipment inspection and maintenance coordination to ensure that employees have a comfortable and orderly working environment.
Responsible for the procurement, inventory management and distribution of office supplies, regular inventory of office supplies and record the use of office supplies, timely replenishment according to demand to ensure adequate supply of office supplies.
Handle the sending and receiving, registration, filing and storage of company documents and information, establish an effective document management system, facilitate the search and use of documents, and ensure the safety and integrity of documents and information.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, training and activities, including meeting arrangement, venue booking, equipment preparation, material printing and distribution, etc., to ensure the smooth progress of meetings and activities.
Requirements
Administrative assistant or clerk related work experience is preferred, but fresh graduates can also be considered.
Familiar with office administration knowledge and workflow is preferred.
Good communication skills and sense of service, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with people in different departments.
