We are looking for an experienced Internal HR Payroll Specialist to join us for a 3-month contract, with potential for a permanent transition. This role will bridge the gap until a permanent hire is in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll, including calculations, deductions, and payments.
Handle CPF contributions, income tax submissions, and statutory requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate salary, bonus, and compensation payments.
Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
Prepare and submit statutory reports (IR8A, IR21, etc.).
Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy.
Address payroll-related queries and provide guidance on policies and statutory requirements.
Oversee employee insurance plans (medical, dental, life).
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations.
️ Experience with SAP HR modules (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA preferred).
Diploma or degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
Salary: Negotiable (up to $7K/month)
Work Schedule: Full-time (contract for 3 months or longer)
Start Date: Immediate (handover available if joining by November)
