  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our core activities include the acceptance of fixed and saving deposits from the public as well as the provision of loans and credit facilities to individuals and corporations, particularly the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. We are seeking dynamic individuals to grow with us and to continue building relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform the following activities in support of the loan servicing section such as

  • Process loan receipting for instalments, repayments, payments from AXS, CPF funds, and refunds
  • Block, floor, direct car administrative function
  • Attend daily updates regarding transfer of ownership, changes in vehicle numbers, deregistration, and impounded vehicles from the HP Association.
  • Lodge Form B to discharge SIF interest upon hire purchase facility has been fully redeemed
  • Monitoring of the expired new loans, final instatement, failed payment,
  • Attend to redemption enquiries and requests from customers and from Business units
  • Attend to customer enquiry on projected redemption amount for auto loan
  • Support the team lead in implementing initiatives to streamline and enhance existing operational processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Banking & Finance or its equivalent. *Candidates without a diploma but with relevant banking operations experience will also be suitably considered
  • Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mind set.
  • Independent and self-driven, with good initiative
  • Highly motivated team player with ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and MS Outlook (Email Client). Knowledge of Access too would be a plus.
