Job Description
- Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
- Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
- Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
- Resolve all potential service failure issues.
- Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP on daily basis
- Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his direct supervision.
- Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
- Ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored appropriately.
- Coordinate regular monthly maintenance and recording.
- Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Backup manpower shortage
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, but we value practical experience as a valuable alternative that fosters growth and learning.
- At least 2 years of experience in casual dining or relevant experience in a similar concept.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Able to start working immediately.
- Singaporean Only
- 6 days Work Week
