Job Responsibilities
• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
• Prepare and monitor assigned clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs) and address the gaps in the performance with the other internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure shipment are picked up on time.
• Extract system data such as [historical sales, stock inventory, on order, pricing] to prepare buying spreadsheet.
• Prepare PO and follow up with suppliers to expedite and ensure that the Supplier On time Delivery Performance are met.
• Maintain pricing data and other information by SKU
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Proficient in MS Office (Ms Word, Excel etc)
• Able to work independently and has good initiative
• Self-motivated, energetic and independent, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
