Job Description & Requirements
- Project admin and documentation
- Provide project administrative support and coordinate with project.
- Undertake general admin and clerical works and support daily operation.
- Arrangement of project site transportations and logistics.
- Sourcing, procure and maintain project filing and documentation.
- To take out quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ
- To report cost evaluation for variation order to manager
- autocad and basic drafting knowledge
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, sound judgement, organized and flexible
- Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Effectively communicate and work as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude and collaborating with team members and managers on assigned tasks
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Electronics
1 years in relevant experience or Fresh Graduates are welcomed
Microsoft Office, Knowledge of AutoCad is needed.
payment claims and variation orders knowledge will be advantage.
