The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.
This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.
During the 2-year programme, You will have the opportunity to take on at least 1 distinct and customised roles with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments across Keppel's Fund Management and Investment platforms in a variety of functions:

- Investment Management (Funds)
- Investment Management (REIT/Trust)
- Asset Management
You will be allocated to the respective assets (Infra, DC or RE) based on a) performance in the assessments & interviews and b) your interest.
Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be expected to participate in projects as part of your development. Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into converted leadership programme at Keppel should you meet the criteria.

Job Requirements
- A good degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate a capacity for independent thought and critical analysis, supported by exceptional analytical abilities.
- Proficient in hands-on engagement, displaying a detail-oriented approach and readiness to fully immerse oneself in the work.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills; able to effectively present and interact with various stakeholders.
- Quick learner, capable of working autonomously, multitasking, and executing tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
